Preparation Times
Orders are generally prepared within 2 business days.
For custom and made-to-order pieces, production times are estimated between 4 and 12 weeks, depending on the project and shipping method. We support you throughout the entire process, from design to delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:
- Belgium: 2 to 5 business days
- France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 3 to 6 business days
- Italy, Spain: 3 to 7 business days
- Austria: 3 to 7 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated as a flat rate depending on:
- the destination country,
- the weight and volume of the items,
- the selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered for certain destinations or above a minimum order value.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Customs and Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by local authorities.
These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
Handcrafted Products
As our products are handcrafted using natural materials, each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, texture, or patterns may occur and are part of the authentic character of our creations.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the parcel and the affected product.
